Dr. David Young, Shield's Chief Executive, presents Euromoney's Negotiation Masterclass, a specialised 3 day training programme for senior executives, venture capitalists and investment bankers.
The programme gives a conceptual framework for success in negotiations, helping preparation, understanding the other side, monitoring developments throughout the negotiation and assessing how best to react to developments. The course also gives experience and confidence in applying a variety of different negotiating techniques which will improve the outcomes of future negotiations.
